Video creation
Two journeys, depending on your need
This is the exact flow you follow in the app. A standalone video ends at sharing; a video training inside the complete system continues with assessment, delivery to learners and tracking.
Standalone video — presentation or training video
You order a video, paid once. 8 guided creation steps, then unlimited sharing and download — to publish wherever you want, outside TrainTeamAI.

With the Training Plan: the same creation, then flashcards, quizzes, learner portal, campaigns, tracking and rewards — the training lives inside TrainTeamAI.
See the detailsStandalone video — presentation or training video
You order a video (Video Standard or Video Pro, paid once): eight guided creation steps, then sharing. Each step is approved before the next, everything stays editable and regenerable — for 1 month after creation.
- 1
Subject & sources
You set a title, a maximum duration and the video language (6 languages), then import your content: PDF, Word, web pages — the site is explored automatically, text and images collected —, videos, YouTube (auto-transcribed), photos or plain text.
Any imported media can be inserted as-is into the video: you describe what it shows, and for a video you cut the exact time ranges to use.
- 2
Presenter / trainer and venue
You create your presenter: from a real photo (the face is preserved faithfully) or fully generated from a description, with a voice from a large catalog — or a custom voice. The set is generated from photos of your real venue, or from a simple description.
The presenter is composed into the venue for consistent scenes. A voice-over-only mode is available. The venue can be enforced across all scenes.
- 3
The sheet — your video’s outline
The platform writes a structured sheet from your sources: numbered lessons for a training (with level, duration and objective), parts for a presentation, with key takeaways and pitfalls to avoid.
You edit it freely, or with a simple instruction (“add a lesson about…”). Once approved it is locked: the content contract the whole production will follow faithfully.
- 4
The storyboard
The sheet is transposed scene by scene: for each one, the presentation mode (presenter on camera, illustrated voice-over or motion graphics), the content, the visual and the duration — the total strictly respects your maximum duration.
Your inserted media land exactly where the sheet planned them. Each scene can be regenerated individually, added or removed.
- 5
The scripts
Each scene’s narration is written in the chosen tone — educational, enthusiastic, formal, casual or technical — and in the video’s language. A media scene’s text is calibrated to the clip’s duration.
Every text stays hand-editable; changing a narration updates the voice (and the animation if you wish) in cascade.
- 6
The images
Each scene gets its photorealistic visual: the presenter in their set, illustrations in context, or your own photos reframed to the format. The enforced venue and the presenter’s identity are respected to the pixel.
Four variants generated per scene: you pick one, or relaunch with your own instructions.
- 7
The videos
The images come to life: the presenter speaks on camera, voice and lips perfectly in sync; illustrations animate in one continuous shot; animation scenes receive animated motion design paced by the narration.
Each scene’s voice is generated then automatically checked; you can listen, regenerate several takes and keep the best one.
- 8
The final edit
All scenes are assembled: transitions, subtitles, background music, intro and outro cards with your logo and colors. You preview every scene and can exclude any of them from the edit in one click.
A “Generate everything” button chains steps 4 to 8 automatically if you prefer — your approved sheet remains the safeguard.
- 9
Versions in other languages
Video approved? Make it available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese or Russian in one click: the voice, subtitles and animated texts are translated, the presenter’s video is regenerated, and every scene is recomposed without changing its content.
One flag per language to switch between them, one single sharing page with a language picker. Each added language counts as 1 video credit.
- 10
Sharing and download
Your video is ready: unlimited file download, a public link to share (social networks, email, messaging), a clean player with your logo and a widget to embed on your site.
This is where the standalone journey ends — the video is yours, share it wherever you want.
Video training inside the complete training system
With the Training Plan, your video training follows the same eight creation steps (1 to 8 above), then continues: flashcards, quiz, journey rules, delivery to your learners and results tracking.
- 1
The flashcards
Two-sided revision cards are generated from the training content: the learner flips them to anchor the key notions before the quiz.
Every card is editable; add or remove them freely.
- 2
The validation quiz
A quiz is generated from the training: single choice, multiple answers, true/false. You edit every question and answer, or import your own from Excel/CSV.
Pass threshold, number of questions, timer: everything is configurable.
- 3
The journey settings
The last creation step sets the learner journey rules: active components (video, cards, quiz), mandatory video before the quiz or not, points awarded, validation conditions. A “Test” button puts you in the learner’s seat.
Once ready, the training joins your company’s library.
- 4
Your learner portal
Your company gets its own branded portal: your employees log in within seconds using a personal code — no password, no mandatory email. Multi-location, positions and levels handled.
Import your employees from Excel/CSV; learner allowance adjustable every month.
- 5
Training campaigns
You launch a campaign over one or several trainings, targeted by location or position: email invitations and reminders, dates, optional final campaign quiz, signed attendance and satisfaction survey if needed.
Training organizations get funding-ready documents (program, per-learner files).
- 6
Tracking and analytics
Completion, scores, per-question success, comparison across locations and shareable management reports: you know who completed what, and what is truly acquired.
Remind all latecomers in one click.
- 7
Engagement and rewards
Points, level tiers, badges, leaderboards and rewards keep your teams motivated; every success delivers a certificate in your brand, downloadable and shareable.
The TrainTeamAI mandatory-training catalog is included for free with the Training Plan, on top of your custom trainings.
